PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT

An Indian Architect, Artist, Creator, Designer, BimX Expert. After my job at Studio VanRO, a sister firm of MRC, Mahendra Raj Consultants Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, I started my own practise as Sunny Singh Architects.
I believe that successful Architecture is best achieved through effective partnership of all project stakeholders with the common goal of optimizing functional & market viability through Creative Architecture Design. I work together with my clients & function as a collaborative member of their project teams. I dedicated to understanding our client’s specific economic & functional goals. I adopt them as our own & work together with them towards implementation. My Design Philosophy realizes inventive solutions that turn the very constraints of each project into design trajectory, exploring opportunities overlaps between space, program, form, budget & materials.

Technology and collaborative working

We have developed internal and external processes for authoring and sharing BIM between design team members, contractors and our clients. By storing & managing building information as databases, BIM solutions are captured, managed & presented in ways that are easier to understand for an international building team. As information is stored in a database, changes to that data can be logically managed throughout the projects life cycle.

By utilizing BIM, we provide improved visualization, communication and coordination, as well as conventional drawings that are active linked views of the project. We leverage this fact to provide contractors and clients enhanced drawings that would have been previously impossible.
